Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), confirmed that the recruitment offices are in charge of deporting workers

Musaned reiterated that during the trial period, recruitment offices and companies are required to deport the worker and return the recruitment cost, deducting the equivalent of the period the worker spent at work, using the following equation: (The total recruitment cost x the duration of the worker's work contract in months) x the remaining period of the worker's work contract in months.
It has been stated that if the recruitment offices refuse to deport the worker, the individual must file a complaint with Musaned and follow up on the requested complaint until the rights are restored.
During the trial period, the beneficiaries can demonstrate the worker's refusal to work through the domestic workers' dispute resolution committees or by a document from the licensee, and then file a complaint through the Musaned platform.
Musaned indicated that after the 90-day period has expired, the employer will be responsible for the worker, as specified in the contract.
The platform also stated that the beneficiaries can issue an alternative visa free of government fees if the workers leave within 90 days of their arrival in Saudi Arabia.
Workers from different countries and nations will feel secure to deploy to work in Saudi Arabia. Candidates or worker will not hesitate to fly to Saudi Arabia after such confirmation. Alex Jhon Martin
